The best time to visit here is from November to March. We (me and my wife) visited on October'2017 and it was our first foreign trip, so, naturally we were too much excited and Sri Lanka made us awestruck in every turns and corners.  Some basic information for those who are willing to visit Sri Lanka (Indian citizen) (specially for those whose first foreign trip it is) You need a valid passport.  Plan early, select your destinations well before you are visiting.
